I have recently moved from Sheffield and used Ilet4you letting agents Sheffield and words cannot describe how happy I am with the way I was treated. They made the process of taking the property and moving out straight forward and easy without taking excess time or wanting any additional fees for checking out on a weekend. I must say I have been really looked after by Ilet4you and in particular Mohammed, I will be eternally grateful, unfortunately they do not operate in London and had to resort to another agent, hopefully they are as good as ilet4you!
Have been letting my property through iLet4You for the past few years and believe them to be a trustworthy letting agents who are always available and provide good quality information and help. Prices are reasonable and do what they say they will do.
Having used nationwide/national letting agents I decided to ultimately use a local agent for a few properties that I let out in Sheffield after not having much luck renting them out. I was very surprised in regards to the fees they charge both tenants and landlord as in my experience what I have paid other agents has been anywhere as high as 2/5’s of my rent which certainly isn’t the case here. They are always at hand and always ensure I am upto date on my properties (this used to drive me crazy at other agencies when I was the last to know anything).
